Privacy: what runs where
Your names, the states you pick and every mark you make stay in your browser. Our server only sends the page and three static data files. The data files are the same for everyone and are fetched without any name.
| Part | Where it runs |
|---|---|
| Typing your name, the sweep, results, the calendar file, the share card | Your browser only |
| NCUA list match | Your browser, against a bundled list |
| Official searches | The official site you open, in a new tab. The name goes there only if the site reads it from the link. |
| Our server | Static files: the page, the sources, the settlements and the NCUA list. No API, no logs of names. |
Content Security Policy
Every route sends this exact policy. It allows scripts and data only from our own site.
default-src 'none'; script-src 'self'; connect-src 'self'; img-src 'self' data: blob:; style-src 'self'; font-src 'self'; manifest-src 'self'; base-uri 'none'; form-action 'none'; frame-ancestors 'none'; object-src 'none'; upgrade-insecure-requestsAlso sent on every route: no referrer, no camera, microphone or location, and frames are blocked.
Request-list proof
A browser test runs a full sweep with a made-up name and records every request the app makes. It checks that the name never reaches our server, that the requests are the same for two different names, and that the sweep works offline. The latest result:

How each source is searched
